Utilizing our many years of experience in quality control and quality assurance in the welding and non-destructive testing industries, we are involved in quality control and consulting services for overseas procured products for biomass power generation plants. We established JW Engineering Corporation using the initials J for Japan and W for Wan Nian (my hometown in China) in order to serve as a bridge between Japan and China through our business activities in the field of renewable energy. We are committed to promoting renewable energy, a safe and secure clean energy source, by providing integrated solutions ranging from audits of overseas suppliers, on-site inspections during manufacturing, quality control of procured products, and consulting on welding inspections of imported products. Through our renewable energy business, we will be a bridge between Japan and China and take on the challenge of creating a sustainable society for the future.

Our Business
Quality control and consulting of overseas procurement products for power plants
We are able to provide services in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and can conduct on-site inspections of overseas manufacturers of pressure vessels and piping at the time of manufacture, as well as quality control of procured products. We also provide consulting services related to Operator Inspections on Welding of imported products based on the Electricity Business Act. We can perform preliminary inspections (checking welding methods and welder qualifications), as well as various inspections and record checks on each welded part of the product.
Witness Inspection of piping production
We perform third-party witness inspections of piping production, mainly OCTG and line pipes, used in the extraction and transportation of oil and LNG, etc.
